Gillade - Location which was within walking distance of La Flotte. Good facilities….swimming pool, bar/restaurant, tennis courts and friendly staff
Ogillade - Toilet block on corner of rugby pitch needs upgrading. Some pitches are very dark and shaded. Maybe ask campers what type of pitch during booking process

(Pool looked spotlessly clean, but not used.)
Site well-geared up to cater for cyclists & there is cycle hire on site.
Good market at La Flotte, good places to eat in St. Martin-de-Re.
Ogillade - Sanitaires need upgrading/updating.

Gillade - Great pitches, friendly reception, great bar and pool. Beautiful harbour town with lots of bars and small shops 10 min walk away

Gillade - Good size pitch with shade. Lovely pool. Bar area also nice. Easy access to forest for dog walking
Ogillade - Both toilet blocks need updating. They were clean and adequate but could do with modernisation

Large site arranged around a rugby pitch / training facility (it’s not as weird as it sounds). Great pool and bar area. Nice clean toilet and shower blocks. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of large pitches some separated by hedges, others not. Good access to La Flotte and the cycle paths of Ile de Ré. La Flotte is lovely, as is the rest of the island. Totally recommended.

Gillade - Wonderful campsite close to La Flotte and amazing beaches. Such a quiet site especially where our cabin was positioned. Great to have the supermarket close by with lovely forest and the smell of pine. Pool was lovely and the cafe area sold good basic food and rose wine. Bikes are a must and so easy to hire here. Staff so polite and helpful. We will be back.

Gillade - The bar and restaurant was excellant, great food and wonderful friendly people. Great location near to La Flotte and Supermarket.
