We stayed for the month of September and apart from a special private event for one day, the site was extremely quiet. The staff were extremely helpful and were able to converse in English. It is a superb location with quick access to Budapest centre on the suburban light rail system. We also went in on the local transport boat (15 minutes walk to the Danube). We purchased multi day transport tickets availing journeys to all touristic areas on light rail, buses, boats and trams for a fraction of the price of the tourist services. The toilet / shower facilities were dated but clean, however by late September coming out of the shower was chilling. The remaining siter facilities were closed as the season was closing. However we enjoyed our stay and would happily go there again.

Great location almost in the centre of Budapest with excellent public transport to the city. The campsite is nice and quiet and also boasts an excellent restaurant on the premises. The only sad thing was the bathroom facilities which need to be upgraded. But even so, I can recommend the campsite if you visit Budapest.

We loved our stay at Haller Camping! It is a great location for exploring Budapest with easy access to the city centre. The staff in the campsite and the restaurant were all welcoming and friendly! I would recommend eating at the restaurant on site as the traditional Hungarian food is delicious. The reception area also offers coffee and breakfast foods in the mornings. The facilities are a little lacking and could be cleaner, however we only stayed for a short time and this did not bother us a huge amount. Generally the campsite is good value for money.

A great little place, more of a campstop than a campsite. Yes the toilets and other facilities are rustic but its location is excellent for visiting Budapest and the staff were excellent and helpful. We had a great stay camp 2/3full but I would imagine it was not as good in the high season? Wifi is free and is ok. The restaurant is reasonably priced with good food a friendly service. Would recommend and return.
